The prohibitive cost to run an E shop facility and the high
commission charges mean that we do not provide the opportunity for you to purchase
on-line.
Due to the high proportion of fraud we will not send out high cost
goods to credit card users whom are unknown to us. (there is no way to guarantee mail
order credit card transactions, and we are not going to get stung again).
International money orders and good old cheques are welcome.

Customers are liable for the postage costs on all returned goods.
Prices published on this site should be correct and there is no
attempt to mislead. However mistakes can occur and we reserve the right to refuse any

Return postage & Packing etc is the responsibility of the customer.
Returned goods must be returned, packaging intact and "as delivered". If goods
then are returned in a less than saleable state, a deduction will be made from any refund.
The customer must inform Walton Street Cycles within seven days of delivery by E Mail, FAX
or mail before any return can be accepted under the distance selling act.
When goods are ordered specially for a customer, such as a none standard
stock line, only a partial refund will be considered.
