Pashley

Pashley Cycles is a high quality and traditional British bicycle manufacturer based in Stratford-upon-Avon.

William ‘Rath’ Pashley had been a dispatch rider in the first world war and an engineer apprentice with Austin motors. In 1926 he founded Pashly and Barber (his wife’s maiden name). They manufactured all manner of bikes, but they became the benchmark in British manufacturing for their carrier cycles.

Since then Pashley have continued to design and manufacture both work bikes and reliable and robust personal bikes. Their work bikes were used throughout the years (and still today) by companies and tradesmen such as Wall's Ice Creams, Royal Mail, Butchers, Milkmen, vintners and many more.

Today, designers continue to create cycles that have a style and function unlike any others. New designs are placed in the capable hands of their time-served manufacturing team, who lovingly hand build all Pashley cycles in their factory in Stratford-upon-Avon.

It is this commitment, attention to detail and hand built quality that has earned Pashley its enviable position as Britain's most exquisite and trusted cycle manufacturer.
