During your visit to Oxford, whether it is a short or a long stay, getting the correct style and size of bike will have a huge impact on your comfort and enjoyment. We realise everyone is different and has different requirements and our range of bikes reflects this. Bainton Bikes has the largest fleet of hire bikes in Oxford, (Over 100) with a large fleet stored here at Walton Street Cycles, all of which are ready for immediate hire and are suited to short and long periods of hire.
So, if you are a student and here in Oxford for just one term or one academic year, or visiting Oxford for few months you might find that the rental option suits you better than buying a bike. After all, if you should find that the bike doesn’t suit you, bring it back and try another one – all part of the service.
Alternatively, if you are a visitor with just a few hours to spare in the City of dreaming spires and want to have the full “Oxford Experience” then we have just the bike to suit you. From a few hours to the oxford academic year we have rental bikes and rental terms for everyone.

Bicycle hire is available 7 days a week, with flexible collection and delivery times, however if you would like to collect your bike from Walton Street you will need to visit us during our standard opening times, otherwise contact Bainton Bikes directly to arrange collection or to utilise their delivery service.
